Bijli Bazar offers you the opportunity to repair or replace a purchased product with a new one. This condition applies if the product has a manufacturing defect that the company considers serious enough to warrant a replacement. The warranty policy may vary depending on the product.

During the warranty period, if the customer identifies a fault in the product, they can claim the warranty under the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms & Conditions

  • The customer must retain the purchase receipt issued by Bijli Bazar. The warranty card, along with the purchase receipt, must be presented when making a claim. No claims will be entertained without the purchase receipt.
  • The product must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation. The packaging must be in the same condition as received and include the following:
    • User manual, accessories, and other contents
    • A detailed note explaining the fault
    • A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice
  • If the product requires repair under warranty, the transportation costs to and from Bijli Bazar will be borne by the customer. The product will remain at the owner’s risk during transportation.
  • The warranty claim applies only to defective parts or workmanship. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced based on the severity of the defect. This policy does not apply to attached accessories.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, mishandling, accidents, use of incompatible or faulty accessories, loss of parts, incorrect client adjustments, improper care, use on incorrect voltage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • If the product’s serial number has been removed or altered, the warranty claim will not be valid.
